Special Benefit for Subscribers Only

Subscribers: It’s easy to exchange or return your unused concert tickets. Simply present your tickets at the Pikes Peak Center Box Office (190 South Cascade in downtown Colorado Springs) prior to the concert and the box office staff members will be glad to assist you.

Exchanges allow subscribers the opportunity to trade their tickets for those of equal or lesser value for other Colorado Springs Philharmonic concerts. Some restrictions apply. A list of 2011-12 exchange-eligible concerts can be found here.

Donations
Returned tickets are considered a tax-deductible contribution based on the face value of the tickets returned.

In Person
Bring your tickets to the Pikes Peak Center Box Office at 190 South Cascade Ave. in downtown Colorado Springs at any time prior to the concert. 

By Mail
Send your tickets along with handling instructions to the following address at least one week prior to the concert and they will be exchanged or donated according to your instructions.

The Philharmonic offers a variety of group ticketing options and discounts for parties of 20 or more. Please contact the Community Relations Manager, Roslyn Block, at 719-575-9632 x10 to customize a ticket package for your group.

Seniors, age 65 and higher, are eligible for discounts at most Philharmonic events. Visit the box office with your ID for details and to purchase.
