Can I buy tickets at the door?

Any available single tickets can be purchased over the phone or at the performance venue's box office on the night of the performance. To charge by phone or check availablility, dial 719-520-SHOW[7469].

How much do tickets normally cost?

Ticket prices vary by performance but generally start at just $13 (or even less for students).  Special offers and Military discounts often apply.  Season ticket holders always get the best savings and guaranteed access to every concert.

What if I lose my tickets?

No problem! Season ticket holders can call 719-520-SHOW[7469] at least one day before the performance. The box office will have replacement tickets waiting for you at the venue’s Will Call window.

I have tickets, but I cannot attend the concert. What should I do?

Feel free to give your tickets away to friends or family members. Otherwise, you are free to donate or exchange your unused concert tickets.  Click here for more details.

How long are concerts?

It varies, but normal masterworks concerts are usually about two hours from start to finish. This includes a fifteen-minute intermission.  Family concerts are normally one hour long.

What should I wear to hear the Philharmonic?

You'll see concertgoers in a wide range of apparel ranging from business casual to evening wear. We suggest that you wear whatever makes you comfortable.

When should I clap?

Generally, the rule of thumb is to clap only after a piece is complete, not in between the individual movements of some compositions. If you’re unsure which movement is the last, you can refer to the program notes. If you still have doubts, it is always safe to wait until the conductor steps off his podium and turns around, or until every one else claps.
