  2. Seating change requests from contributing subscribers.
  3. Seating change requests from non-contributing subscribers.
  4. New subscribers who have made contributions.
  5. New subscribers who choose not to make a contribution.
  6. Please note that receipt of payment does not guarantee seating placement.

Group Sales
We offer 10% discounts for groups of 20 or more. Discounts are subject to Philharmonic approval. Group discounts do not apply to subscription or package tickets.

Ticket Donations
Patrons unable to attend a concert may return concert tickets to the box office as a tax-deductible donation. Value of the donation is equal to the paid value printed on the ticket. The tickets must be physically returned to the Pikes Peak Center box office (190 South Cascade Avenue in downtown Colorado Springs) no later than 3 hours prior to their respective concerts to receive the tax-deductible donation. Contact the box office for additional information: 719-520-SHOW.

You may not donate tickets from past concerts.

Ticket Exchanges
To help when scheduling conflicts arise, subscribers may exchange their Philharmonic tickets for other Philharmonic concerts free of charge, subject to sufficient ticket availability. You may not exchange from past concerts. For a list of exchange eligible concerts, click here.

To exchange, you may bring your tickets to the Pikes Peak Center Box Office (190 S. Cascade Ave.) during normal business hours or mail your tickets at least one week before the concert you are exchanging from and to — with handling instructions — to: Pikes Peak Center Box Office, 190 S. Cascade, Colorado Springs, CO 80903. Box office representatives will make every attempt to exchange your tickets for best available comparable seats for the alternative concert of your choice. If you wish to upgrade your seat, you will be charged for the difference in price at the time the exchange is made. We regret that we are unable to refund the difference if you exchange into lower priced seats. Some concerts are not eligible for exchange and all exchanges are subject to sufficient ticket availability. You may call the Box Office at 719-575-9632 in advance to see if exchange tickets are currently available for the concert of your choice.
