Director of Development
The Colorado Springs Philharmonic Orchestra seeks an experienced fundraising professional to work closely with the Executive Director and Board of Directors. This position is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic arts organization and the only professional orchestra in southern Colorado.
This position requires experience in grant/proposal writing, planning and executing donor cultivation strategies, organizing special events, overseeing volunteers, a desire to work in a solid team environment and a passion and commitment for the arts, including attendance at concerts on weekends.
The successful candidate will possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with performing arts organizations, the Colorado Springs community and the Colorado philanthropic community a plus.
Salary: This is a full time salaried position. Salary commensurate with experience.

Director of Operations/Stage Manager
The Colorado Springs Philharmonic Orchestra seeks an experienced Operations Director / Stage Manager to work closely with the Executive Director and Musicians. This position is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic arts organization and the only professional orchestra in southern Colorado.
This position requires experience in stage production work, logistics, budget and event planning, with a desire to work in a solid team environment and a passion and commitment for the arts. The Operations Director / Stage Manager should plan for irregular hours, often on weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
The successful candidate will be able to think on their feet, possess excellent written and oral communication skills, and have the ability to work independently on many exciting and unique projects at once with little oversight. This position may require physical work involving lifting and pushing up to 60 lbs. The candidate should be prepared to learn the specific conditions under which Colorado Springs Philharmonic and American Federation of Musicians Local 154 have agreed to collaborate. Knowledge of Colorado Springs' layout and familiarity with local vendors is desirable, familiarity with Classical Music and music literacy are a plus.

Director of Marketing
The Colorado Springs Philharmonic Orchestra seeks an experienced marketing professional to work closely with the Executive Director, Conductors and staff. This position is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic arts organization and the only professional orchestra in southern Colorado.
This position has responsibility for all ticket sales, public relations, media management and relations, program book/magazine management and production, audience development and organizational promotion, oversight of creation of concert marketing materials and web site content. Excellent writing and project management skills a must, plus a desire to work in a solid team environment with a passion and commitment for the arts, including attendance at concerts on weekends.
The successful candidate will possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with classical music, performing arts organizations, the Colorado Springs community and the media a plus. Must be college graduate.
