During the Colorado Springs Philharmonic's 2008-2009 season, all Classical Masterworks and Encore Series concerts will be recorded for re-broadcast on KCME-FM, 88.7. Program annotator, teacher and airwaves personality Michael Campion will host these fully-produced broadcast concerts which will include information about the music and the performers. Due to the generosity of KCME listeners, KCME has made the conversion to digital broadcasting (HD Radio). "High Definition" Radio (digital radio) will provide sound quality comparable to fine compact discs.  The signal will be sharper and clearer. HD Radio eliminates the static noise and interference.
